Kids & Family Yoga: Winter Break Edition

Looking for something meaningful to do during winter break?Kids & Family Yoga offers a fun, calming, and engaging way for children and caregivers to move, breathe, and reset together.

This class supports social-emotional development through age-appropriate yoga, movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. Children build skills like emotional regulation, focus, body awareness, confidence, and healthy coping tools they can use at home and school. Families are invited to participate together, creating connection, calm, and shared joy.

All ages welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.

 

Pricing: $25 per family (up to 2 children)• $10 per additional child• Grown-ups participate free

A perfect winter break activity to support the mind-body connection while helping kids move, regulate, and recharge.
